In each class, we will:

*Generate movement through improvisation, aerial technique, and repertoire

*Explore and develop a connection with the apparatus

*Fly on various free-hanging and wall-mounted aerial rigs (including bungees, harnesses, wall running, cloud swing...and more!)

*Combine floor-based and aerial movement with theatrical investigation

*Develop your endurance, physical coordination and spatial awareness

Classes are currently being held at our Embody Language Studio in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, New York.
