2012 - the year for Jhoom! Come and try this fantastic fitness craze that is spreading across UK and Europe for FREE!
Inspired by the glitz and glamour of Bollywood, cardio busting aerobic moves are fused with various dance styles (from classical & folk Indian, to salsa, to Jive, to Bhangra and many more!), along with limb-lengthening yoga inspired exercises, this really is a whole mind-body workout full of fun and laughter!

Tuesday 21 February 7.30pm-8.30pm @ Brighton Hill Community College, Basingstoke RG22 4HS
Thursday 23 February 7pm-8pm @ The Vyne School, Vyne Rd, Basingstoke RG21 5NN
(x10 week courses will then continue at the above venues, same times and places)
Tuesday 28 February 12.30pm-1.15pm @ Fitness First, Spindlewood, Stag Oak Lane, Chineham Business Park, Basingstoke RG24 8NN (drop in sessions will then continue very Tuesday £5 non members / £4 members)

EncoDance wrote 110 Days Ago (neutral) 0**PLEASE NOTE** Due to circumstances beyond my control (a venue cancelling their contract without notice!) the FREE Just Jhoom! taster session on Tuesday 21st February at The Hatch Warren Community Centre (and 10 week course to follow) has had to be CANCELLED! However, I am on the hunt for a NEW venue for either a Monday or Tuesday evening in the Kempshott area of Basingstoke so watch this space!!0 points
